Wednesday, July 10, Baker County will be having their second of three Greater Idaho meetings where commissioners and the public will meet to promote Baker County's interests in a future border relocation. The meeting is scheduled for 9 AM at the Courthouse Commission Chambers, 1995 Third St. Baker City, OR 97814. A zoom link will also be available to attend remotely. An international film crew will be there, as well as the President of the Greater Idaho Movement, Mike McCarter. This would be a great time to come let your commissioners know that you want them to advocate for beginning border talks. One way they can do this is by encouraging the Eastern Oregon Counties Association to write a letter to the Governor and leaders of the Oregon Legislature asking them to begin talks.
