We at Greater Idaho would like to congratulate Senator Drazan on her primary victory in yesterday’s election.  It is clear to the people of Eastern Oregon that the liberal Democrat governors that Oregon has suffered under over the last two administrations will never recognize Eastern Oregon’s God-given right to self-determination  and to implement the  type of government wanted by our people.  In contrast, when Senator Drazan recently sat down with our group she emphasized her commitment to restoring local control and acknowledged that Eastern Oregonians need “real power” to protect and preserve our communities.   As a person who grew up on our side of the mountains and understands the rural communities we come from, we believe she will make good on that promise. We look forward to working with a future Drazan administration to get the kind of government that Eastern Oregonians have been voting for for decades.
